Pets are family! My pets factored into my personal home buying decision when I purchased my home three years ago. According to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), sixty-six percent of households have pets or plan to get one in the future. Some features important in a home to buyers with pets include:

  • A fully fenced yard.
  • Large back yard or outdoor space.
  • Flooring
  • Mud room/animal washing station
  • Dog door
  • Cat litter closet

As a mom to three fur babies myself, two dogs and one cat, I appreciate the importance of pet-friendly features home buyers need. Each of our licensed agents are pet owners and can help you find a home that will meet the needs of your family and fur babies.
